GOTHAM IS EXHAUSTED

Last Week's episode titled "The Sinking Ship The Grand Applause" was the height of it all. It's just as if Gotham has no idea what to do with its characters anymore. They have reached Peak-Penguin: no more awesome ploys for him to craft. They have reached Peak-Riddler: who is certainly not smart enough anymore. They have reached Peak-Gordon and they have absolutely no idea who Bruce Wayne is anymore. One episode he is a "douchebag" who fires Alfred Pennyworth and the next episode he is Clark Kent, who is cool and willing to help and hires Alfred back. Without any major withdrawal. If he was on drugs, it wasn't shown on screen. He just decides to be bad in one episode and good in another. If our Batman to be is this indecisive, then expect a Gotham that celebrates Crime Day on a monthly basis.
They have reached Peak-Selina Kyle. Since when does Catwoman become so sweet? Must we like every villain because you don't know what else to do with them.
They reached Peak-Joker or Peak-Cameron Monaghan. They also reached Peak-Barbara Keen last week 'by giving her seizures? Memories? Hallucinations? Visions? of Ra's Al Ghul.

Speaking of Ra's, come on, the rest of the season is better off without him. I have come to realize the problem is not with the portrayal of the character. It's with the actor.
Seeing his face last week made me realize for the first time Alexander Siddig is a terrible choice for Ra's.
Season Four suffers from the same problem Season One was publicized to have: Not being able to decide who the main character is. Gordon or Bruce Wayne.
Which is just one out of the numerous reasons this season looks like it's just shooting to fulfil a 22 episode contract. This season's villain is unarguably the worst ever. Just look at that face.

Every episode, Sofia Falcone does one thing and one thing only: try to be a villain. And last week's dreary episode unceremoniously killed her off(nice shot, Lee).
Oh, I rejoiced. Only to scream "WTF" when Bullock quipped that she was in a coma. AFTER BEING SHOT IN THE GUT AND IN THE HEAD. Like WTF?
My bosses at The Hollywood Reporter called it "Gotham's favorite twist." I called it the most stupid thing they've ever done. Blatant ignorance and incompetence. Can't you see that the character has no chemistry with any other character on screen? Leh me guess, she'll return with superpowers right? Not to worry Gotham, you can't surprise me anymore. I've stick with this show for 4 seasons. I won't stop now. You shouldn't too. Because it seems like you've run the past two seasons like it's your last. Fox should have cancelled you in your first season, they didn't. I see no reasons why they should now. Keep it coming. And please, give Tabitha Galavan a purpose on this show or just kill her off. But you'll just bring her from the dead(again) so never mind.
